Aurora Homes Continue to Sell at a Quick Pace!

Denver real estate opportunities abound in South Aurora, especially in the highly regarded Cherry Creek School District.
A year ago, the "Average Days on Market" in South Aurora was 100 days. That's the average length of time that a home is marketed before it goes under contract. In February 2009, the "Average Days on Market" has decreased to 87 days - a significant quickening in the pace of sales in South Aurora.
The average price in South Aurora has dipped slightly, from $200,587 in February 2008 to $182,180 in February 2009. This is a 9.2% decrease in average home price - a healthy sign in comparison to most real estate markets in America today.
